Your Information: Information required to compare financial institution accounts on our site is your location (State & Zip Code) and desired fee type, which is not on record. If you voluntarily submit or contact us through one of our website fill-in forms, you accept that your name, email address, phone number, and bank preference may be used and/or sold to correspond with the appropriate Financial Institution of your choice.

Use of Cookies: We use cookies to help analyze how visitors use our site. Cookies are text files placed on your computer that collect standard Internet log information and visitor behavior information in an anonymous form. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website (including IP address) is transmitted to our analytics tool. This information is used to compile statistical reports on website activity strictly for TrueFees.

How we use it: We will not use the statistical analytics tool to track or to collect any Personally Identifiable Information of visitors to our site. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. Neither we nor Google will link, or seek to link, an IP address with the identity of a computer user. We will not associate any data gathered from this site with any Personally Identifiable Information from any source, unless you explicitly submit that information via a fill-in form on our website.

In the event that, TrueFees, or its assets are acquired by a merge or sale to another party, we reserve the right to transfer or assign the information that we have collected to that party.

Through our affiliation with Axos Bank we partner with Rakuten Marketing, who may collect personal information when you interact with our site. The collection and use of this information is subject to the privacy policy located here.

The information we collect is based on your voluntary action when submitting your intent to open a specific financial institution’s account through a fill-in form. That information may include; name, email, phone number, and zip code.

Use of your information is provided solely to the financial institution of your choice for a business purpose. We do not sell your information for any other purpose other than to fulfill our obligation as a marketing affiliate to our financial institution partners.

You have the right to request certain information be provided to you about our collection and use of your personal information going back 12 months. Such requests must be submitted to us at using the subject heading “Request for California Privacy Information”. This request may be made no more than once per calendar year.
